Score Keeping Vests, Shooting Galleries or Shooting Targets are not returnable for refund. Sure Shots will replace or repair Only.
All Reusable Paintball sales are considered final.
You have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from time product is shipped.
No returns will be accepted without first getting Sure Shots Marketing’s written approval.
Sure Shots Marketing’s written approval in the form of a RGA (Return Goods Authorizations), must be obtained from Sure Shots Marketing customer service prior to returning any Reusable Paintballs.
You can email us and we will email form back to you.
Returned Reusable Paintballs must be in the original factory packaging and must be returned within thirty (30) days from the RGA’s date of issue.
All returns must be full cartons.
Credit will only be issued after Reusable Paintballs are in our possession.
